Larpenteur (Mando~-Iermes) B-lA LB B-IA <br />No. Larpenteur (City Hall, B-lA LB B-lA <br />Hewlett Packar d) <br />The rezoning would then progress by picking out any key points that are in <br />Carl Dale's recommendations and incorporate them with the current B-l, B-lA <br />B-2 zoning. <br />Chairman Stefanson felt this z~lan would retain continuity and be easier <br />for Falcon Heights residents, the Planning Commission and City Council to <br />understand. Jim Bourquin felt this was a reasonable solution. A public <br />hearing would have to be held on the change in zoning. Council Liaison <br />Larson brought the Planning Commission up-to-date on the proposal made <br />by the Minnesota Department of Transportation on the Snelling Avenue <br />upgrading. Jerry ~"dallin was in favor of the proposal and felt it was a <br />good concept. Bob Blomberg felt that it was a very good approach.
