APPRIJ4E17 <br />At the request of Bsb Collins, their presentation was not heard due to a delay on the <br />part of the contractor in preparing plena. A discussion was held regarding theeEze <br />the Bullaeye development, whether the liquor store was sti11 viable for the City <br />(Ceuacil scheduled a xerkshop to disQUae th• issue on February 14) and what the <br />Department of Transpertatimn plena were for the 5'nelling upgrading. Chairman <br />5tefanson presented the proposed plans for Larpenteur/Shelling prepared by Cohen <br />represeatis~g Lincoln Properties. <br />Chairuai 5tefanson indicated that he had discus:ed with Mayor Eggert the formation <br />of a Redevelc~ament Committee (similar to th• Citizens Committee), which would <br />consist of members of the community and three meanbers from the Planning Commission. <br />Date tc~ a heavy workload, Chairman Stefassspi would be unable to serve en that <br />Committee. Don Grittier express ae interest to participate. <br />Chairman 5tefanson indicated that the City Attorney is currently working on th• <br />updates tm the Zoning Ordinance and is presently inputing the changes into the <br />ward processing equipment. Another workshop would be needed for finalizatioe. <br />Harold Nilsen m®ved, seconded by Erma 01son, that Al 5tefanson would continue as <br />Chairman of the Planning Commission. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Phil Cheioweth mowed, seconded by Harold Nilsen, that Erma 01som would continue <br />~as Vise-Chairman of the Planning Commission.
