Motion carried unanimously. ACTING <br />~E(:RBTAKY <br />The status of the University Housing Pro~eet was discussed. Chairman 5tefanaon <br />indicated that as far as he knew, the University eras in the process of developing UNIVERSITY <br />plans. Since fire and police protection would have to be provided by the City, HOUSING <br />it would have a large impact an the City as well as the increased traffic. PRpJBCT <br />A discussion wan held regarding the tineframe within which iteme~ nay be placed <br />an the Planning Commission agenda. Chairman Stefanson advised that on January llt, <br />1981 Council adopted a rule that itaans placed on the agenda would have to be AGENDA <br />brought to City Hall ten days prior to the Planning Commission meeting. Don ITLMS <br />Mead and Jim Bourquin felt that the developers working an the Larpenteur/5nellitag <br />project should be notified of this deadline. Dariances for minor iteans could be <br />added to the agenda at the discretion mf the Office and the Planffing Commission <br />Chairman. <br />Hare+ld Nilsen roved, seconded by Phil ChenoKeth, adoption of Resolution 81t-1. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />HBSOLUTION 8lc-1 RESOLUTION <br />84-1 <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDII~ JAMISS F.
