MINUTES <br />• REGULAR PLANNING <br />MARCH 3, 1986 <br />PAGE 2 <br />• <br />COMMISSION MEETING <br />Secretary Chenoweth reviewed the conditional use process and the reasons <br />for the requested code changes. <br />Duncan moved, seconded by Finegan, approval of Section 9-2D4 and Section <br />9-2.05 of the Code of the City of Falcon Heights. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Finegan moved, seconded by Duncan, approval of Sections 9-4.01, 9-8.01, <br />9-9.01 and 9-10.01 with added language that the permitted accessory uses <br />be reviewed by the Planning Commission who will make a recommendation <br />to the City Council in Sections 9-4.01 (i) and (j), 9-8.01 (c) (d) and <br />(e), 9-9.01 (a) and (b), and 9-10.01 (a) and (b). Also, Section 9-8.01 <br />Subd. 1(e) be reviewed for a language change. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Finegan moved, seconded by Duncan, approval of the remainder of the proposed <br />zoning code amendments. After a discussion concerning Section 9-13.03, <br />Subd. 8(d) concerning real estate signs, Trent-Sullivan moved, seconded <br />by Grittner to amend the motion to have the language in that section <br />reviewed by the City Attorney. Upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Black, Duncan, Northrup, Grittner, Daykin and <br />Trent-Sullivan and the following voted against the same: Finegan. Motion <br />carried.. A vote was then taken for the main motion and it was approved <br />unanimously. <br />Finegan moved, seconded by Trent-Sullivan, that the meeting be adjourned <br />at 10:36 P.M.
