• MINUTES <br />REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />D4AY 2, 1988 <br />PAGE 2 <br />The Planning Commission and Legal Counsel ldattke reviewed the proposed Ordinance <br />0-88-6 with the following suggested changes: (I) subdivision 1 - word that the APPROVAL OF <br />granting of the conditional use wi11 expire at the cessation of the business, ZONING CODE <br />(2) subdivision 2 - move item (1 O) into wording in paragraph (a), (3) AMENDMENT - <br />subdivision 3 - clarify word "thereafter" in fifth line, and (4) rework the PROPOSED <br />Language concerning standards (as distrubuted at the meeting by Legal Counsel) ORDINANCE <br />to include the Planning Commission (if the City Council as sometime in the 0-88-6 <br />future directs them to take final action on these matters). After further (SECTION <br />discussion, Finegan moved, seconded by Grittner, approval of proposed Ordinance 9-16.04) <br />0-88-6 (addressing section 9-15.04 - draft as submitted by Legal Counsel) with <br />incorporation of the above referenced modifications. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Finegan moved, seconded by Grittner, adjournment at 9:50 P.A4.
