MINUTES <br />REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 6, 1989 <br />• PAGE 2 <br />lot will be provided. <br />5. No alcoholic beverages (included 3.2 beer or wine) or controlled <br />substances without a prescription shall be sold, possessed, <br />or consumed on the premises of the game room, the common areas <br />within the building, or the parking areas. <br />6. The property owner will post on the exterior of the premises <br />"No Loitering" and will prevent any loitering in common areas <br />within the building or in the parking areas and sidewalks <br />adjacent to the building. <br />7. Any person who has been convicted of a felony, controlled. <br />substance abuse, or gambling law violation within the past <br />five years is prohibited from working as an attendants at <br />the game room. <br />8. The interior of the game room will be free of obstructions to <br />visual supervision by attendants and will have adequate lighting. <br />9. Game room management will take all reasonable action to expel <br />intoxicated persons and will allow no disorderly conduct on <br />• the premises, parking areas and adjacent sidewalks. <br />10. Adequate adult supervision wil_1 be provided until one-half hour <br />after closing to ensure that the health, safety and welfare <br />and existing community standards of peace and quiet are maintained. <br />a. a minimum of two adult attendants will be on duty after <br />5:00 P.M. <br />b. at Council's discretion, additional supervisory and/or <br />security personnel may be required. <br />11. First review period of this conditional use will be within three <br />months after opening. Next review period within one year of <br />opening, and additional reviews as needed. <br />12. Next review within one year of opening, upon change of business <br />ownership, and any other time, if needed. <br />Finegan moved, seconded by Carroll approval of the conditional use <br />by Joseph A. and James G. Sacco with the above conditions being <br />met.
