Motion carried. <br />City Planner Susan Hoyt Taff was requested to review and, if necessary, <br />clarify the language in the City Code dealing with Permitted Accessory <br />Uses. <br />PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULED FOR COMPOSTING ORDINANCE <br />Carroll moved, seconded by Daykin, approval of the revisions to <br />the Ordinance dealing with composting and requested the scheduling <br />of a public hearing for the November 6, 1989 Planning Commission <br />meeting. Motion approved unanimously. <br />COMPREHENSIVE LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT PLAN <br />The draft Comprehensive Light Rail Transit Plan was discussed and <br />Planning Commission members requested Council consider the following <br />statements: (1) that the plan not take any taxpaying property; <br />(2) that the plan take the least disruptive and/or least evasive <br />corridor thru the City; and (3) that the City be kept informed <br />and be furnished more data as it be made available.
