Saint Paul, Minnesota 55113 <br />Re: General Matters <br />our file 1529 <br />Dear Mr. Barnes: <br />1976. <br />This will confirm our telephone conference of August 16, <br />You have inquired as to the procedures to be followed <br />by the City of Falcon Heights in permitting a portion of the <br />old Applebaum store to be used for a "dog obedience school." <br />We have reviewed the applicable provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 6t, as amended. The subject property is zoned B-2. Sec- <br />tion 1.1 of Ordinance No. 6n~' defines '°permitted uses°' within <br />B-2 retail business districts. Those uses which are "not per- <br />mitted" uses but are conditional uses which require a condi- <br />tional use permit are defined in Section 11.2. While a dog <br />obedience school is not defined as a permitted use, Subd.
