<br />has been in use for 15 years and due to increased costs of ad- IbTSPECTION
<br />ministration, application, and enforcement, Mr. Squires felt FEES
<br />adjustments werenecessar~r. -
<br />Moved by Councilman Black, seconded by Councilman 8cklund to
<br />direct the City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance incorporating
<br />the fee schedule as listed in Table 3A of the 1973 Edition of
<br />the Uniform Building Code. Upon a emote being taken, the following
<br />mooted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele,
<br />and Labalestra, and the following Toted "nay": -None. Motion.

<br />JerrJ Renchin, Assistant Fire Chief, asked Council to reconaid®r
<br />payment in the amount of $36.00 to Michael D. Clarkin, Fire De-
<br />partment member, for the repair of his radio. He Stated the re-
<br />pairs had bean authorized, but the parts did not arrive'until
<br />January 6, 1976, and Mr. Clarkin had paid the repair bill by
<br />personal check.
<br />Moved by Mayor Warkentien, seconded by Councilman Black to authorize
<br />payment of Check No. 9l~04 in the amount of $36.00 to Michael D.
<br />Clarkin for radio repair and maintenance. Upon a vote being taken,
<br />the following Toted !'aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
<br />Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following Toted "n~yNs
<br />None. Motion carried.
