Approval of the .Ramsey County Engineer for use of !~3 feet <br /> deda_eated strip instead of 33 feet as shown on the plan; <br /> 2. Approval of the. Register of .Deeds. <br /> Businessman~s Prapos~d Reaonng Plan <br /> Mr. Dan Buckhalz of the North Suburban Chamber of Commerce told about <br /> the reconstruction of the St. Cloud, Minnesota, downtown into a shopping <br /> mall. Their project was funded by the city, owners of business property, <br /> and the businesses involved. <br /> The Planning Cor4mission decided to eliminate the tax .consideration and <br /> made the following recommendations to the Businessmen's Association: <br /> 1. The size of the business district should be limited. to the <br /> present area; <br /> 2. The businessmen with parking problems (Cohen and Rees properties) <br /> contact their respective landlords and work out an agreeable plan <br /> for more parking and possible future expansion; <br /> <br />
