Minor changes in the location, placement and <br />height of buildings or structures may be authorized by the City <br />Administrator if required by engineering or other circumstances <br />not forseen at the time the final plat was approved, and filed <br />with the City. <br />i• <br />b. Changes in use, .and rearrangements of lots, <br />blocks and building tracts, and changes in the provision <br />of common open spaces, and all other changes on the approved <br />.final development plan may be made only after public hearing <br />by the Planning Commission. No amendments. may be made in <br />the approved final development plan unless they are shown to <br />be required by changes in the development policy of the <br />City. <br />c. All of the provisions of City Ordinances appli- <br />cable to the original district within the Planned Development <br />.District is established shall apply to the Planned Development. <br />District except as otherwise provided in this Ordinance. <br />13. Annual Review. <br />The Planning Commission shall review all Planned <br />Development Districts within the City at least once a year <br />and shall report to the City Council on the status of the <br />development in each of the Planned Development Zoning Districts. <br />If the Council finds that development has not occurred within <br />a reasonable time after the original approval of the Planned <br />-9- <br /> <br />
