BARNES <br />October 10, 1973 <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Falcon. Heights at the Village Hall, 161t1~ West Larpenteur Avenue, <br />Falcon Heights, Minnesota, that a public hearing will be conducted <br />by the Village Planning Commission on October 2Ir., 1973 at 8:00 P.M., <br />and that a public hearing will be .conducted on October 25, 1973, at <br />8.00 P.M., by the Village Council, for the purpose of considering <br />• ~ the application of Nick Pothen, 1889 North Hamline Avenue, to amend. <br />the Village zoning ordinance No. 6~., as amended, to rezone certain <br />property in the Village from an R-1 one family residential district <br />to part of an R-2 one and two .family residential district. The <br />legal description of said property is as follows: <br />That. part of the Ne 4 of the Stid ~ of Sec. 15, T. 29, R. 23, <br />lying Ely of the plat of Klattts Addition No. 2, and lying <br />N!1y of Ruggles Street and S~1y of Roselawn Avenue. <br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the <br />proposed zor~;ng ordinance amendment forrezoning of 1889 North =~ <br />Hemline Avenue, will be heard at these meetings. <br />} <br />~?,' , <br />E~WAN B.
