This is recommended in order to avoid spot zoning problems. <br />Seconded. by Hindermann and carried. <br />The Ramsey County Historical Society, 2097 ~~• Larpenteur Avenue proposes to <br />k, bring in a small country school-house to place on this property. Ohman moved <br />that the Planning Commission recommend acceptance of the proposal by the Ramsey <br />County Historical Society providing that the rear set back and side yard set back <br />be no less than 5 feet.
