5-15-65
George Plant --
This Dame in just before Wednesday's council meeting. You
will recall I already discussed. this informally with the Planning
Commission, and it was set up so that perhaps this could be con-
sidered for approval by telephone.
Actually, as long as I had this with me, I did present it to
the counci3, with the suggestion that they give this variance
their approval, subject to the opinion of the Planning Commission.
So, if the Planning Commission approves, T already have Council
approval.
Some of the dim®nsions are not quite clear. The fence will be
located 30 feet north of the center of the street, It will be
a woven steel type fence, just under six feet in height .
The only ordinance violation would be the requirement for a 30 foot
set-back on a side-yard abutting on a street. of course, this in-
volves a corner lot, with the side-yard abutting on Ruggles.
If possible, perhaps you could talke to those members present
at the last Planning Commission meeting, and you ~uould phone me
when you have dons this.
Thanks.
i~.~~~
i.~=~~
Wm. H. Black
