<br />4-24-65 <br />Res. Collin Alexander Fence <br />To Planning Commission: <br />Although no application for a variance has yet been submitted, <br />Collin Alexander, 1868 N. Arona, has indicated he will be submitting <br />a variance request along with plans for a f ence, six feet high, on <br />the side and rear yard of his property. <br />I thought I might write this up informally, so when the request dose <br />come, it might not be necessary to have a meeting just for this one pur- <br />pose. <br />Alexanderts property is on the northeast corner of Ruggles and. <br />Arona. He wants to fence the south side of his rear yard. He wants to <br />place the fence as close to his lot line as possible. <br />This, of course, will violate Section 4.7 (2~ of Ordinance 2~umber <br />64, which provides that such a fence may not be placed within 34 feet <br />of a street nn a side yard adjacent to a street. <br />Adm.
