upon fulfillment of .the requirements of these regulations' and the <br />conditions of the Conditional Approval, if any. <br />Procedure for Approval of Final Plat <br />2.9 The Final ~P1at shall conform substantially to the Preliminary <br />Plat as approved, and, if desired by the Subdivider, it may constitute <br />only that portion of the approved Preliminary Plat which he proposes <br />to record and develop at the time, provided, however, that such por- <br />tion conforms to all requirements of these regulations. <br />2.10 Application for approval of the Final Plat shall be submitted <br />in writing to the Council at least thirty (30) days prior to the <br />meeting at which it is to be considered. <br />2.11 Three (3) copies of the Final Plat and other exhibits required <br />for approval. shall be prepared as specified in Article V, and shall <br />be submitted to the Council within six (6) months after approval of <br />the Preliminary'Plat; .otherwise such approval shall become null and <br />.void unless an extension of time is applied for and granted by the <br />Council. <br />2.12 Published notice. When a copy of any Final Plat is filed with a <br />municipality for approval, published notice shall be given of a pub- <br />lic hearing to be held within thirty (30) days thereafter, in the <br />legal newspaper for the Village. At such hearing all persons inter- . <br />ested therein may .be heard and the Council. may thereafter approve <br />or disapprove the plat.
