not more than sixty (60) days after the filing of any Final plat <br />with a formal request for its approval. The grounds for any <br />refusal to approve,a plat shall be set forth in the proceedings <br />of the Council and reported to the person or persons applying for <br />such approval... Plats after approval, may then be recorded as now <br />provided by law. <br />ARTICLE III <br />PROCEDURE FOR DIVIDING EXISTING LOTS <br />OR CONVEYING BY METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTIONS <br />3.1 Prior to the filing of an application for conditional approval <br />of the proposed subdivision of an existing tract of land, either by <br />division of an existing lot, or metes and bounds description of an <br />- existing tract, the Subdivider shall submit to the Council plans and <br />data provided in Section V herein. This step does not require formal <br />application, fee or filing of plat with the Council. <br />3.2 Within fifteen (15) days the Council shall inform the Subdivider <br />that the plans and data as submitted or as modified do or do not meet <br />the objectives of these regulations and ordinances. When the Council <br />finds the plans and data do not meet the objectives of these regula- <br />tions it shall express its reasons therefor. <br />3.3 If the plans or data submitted by the Subdivider, as submitted <br />or modified, meet the objectives of these regulations, and the <br />existing ordinances of the Village, then the Council shall refer <br />said plans and .data to the Planning Commission for their study, <br />consideration and recommendations, all with due regard to the pro- <br />visions of the regulations contained herein and other ordinances of <br />the Village,:. <br />-6- _ <br />
