~.~• When .connecting street lines deflect from each other at any <br />one point by more than ten (10) degrees, they shall be connected <br />by a curve with a radius adequate to facilitate safe driving <br />conditions and provide a pleasing appearance. <br />~+.5 Streets shall be laid out so as to intersect at a minimum <br />of 90o included angle. <br />~.6 Curb lines at street intersections shall be rounded with a <br />readius of fifteen (15) feet, or of a greater radius where the <br />Council may deem it necessary. The Council may permit comparable <br />cut-offs or chords in place of rounded corners. <br />4.7 Street right-of-way widths shall be as shown in the General <br />Community Plan and where not shown therein shall be not less than <br />as follows: <br />Street Type Right-of-Way <br />Arterial Minimum of 80, Maximum of 100 <br />Collector.:. 60 <br />Minor, for row houses & apartments 60 <br />• Minor., for other residences. 60 <br />Marg~.nal access. 60 <br />• ~+.8 Half stre.etsshall be prohibited,. except where essential. to <br />the reasonable development of .the subdivision in conformity with <br />the other requirements of these regulations and where the Council <br />finds it will be practicable to require the dedication of the <br />other half when 'the adjoining property is subdivided. Wherever <br />a half street is adjacent to a tract to be subdivided, the other <br />half of the street shall be platted within such tract. <br />-10- <br />
