Galvin announced that the Council had asked him to develop a land sub- <br />division ardinance to assure the orderly #'uture development of~ pub-divisions. <br />He will have this ordinance duplicated and mailed to the members af` the <br />Pla:niug Commission so that they may study it a.nd make recammends.tions regard- <br />ing it to the 9i].lage Council. <br />3. fir. Bchommer of Idaho dive. requested a conditional use permit for the land <br />directly south of '9~eber~s Cottage Inn owned by the Falcan Heights Bank. <br />Cdr. Schommer aPishes to use the land for a swimming pool .agency. He would <br />install s, model swimming pool and do some landscaping. He would uss a <br />trailor for his office. Hs p],ai~s to use only part of the lot anal the re- <br />~fimainder would be available far parking. <br />Na action .was taken at tds time as the prabiem -has not been o1'f icially <br />referred to the Commission by the.
