Jerome Franke appeared before the Commission on behalf of his client, <br />1dr. Richard Simpson of Smiling Jack's used car lot. fir. Simpson seeks .a <br />.conditional use permit so he ca.n establish-and operate a used car business <br />~..on tiie premises directly south of Neber's Cottage Inn now owned by the <br />Falcon Heights State Bank. The Commission next took up the problem of the Lindig property. Contour <br />maps of Lindig's property drawn up by ~ir.:Anker, a Surveyor, and drainage <br />plS.ns for the entire area drawn up by the Village Fngineer'soffice were <br />studied. It vQ&s decided that the building of a street a~rould not create <br />any further drainage problem; in fact the road vrouldtaelp drainage out <br />of tine area as it would carry water down to the ponding area.
