Plant
1861 Moore Street
St. Paul, Minnesota
Re: Application for Re-zoning by Roberts
Construction Company
Dear Mr. Plant:
Pursuant to our conversation at the Village meeting March
13, 1863, the following are suggestions for the conduct of the
hearing on the application for re-zoning of property owned by
Roberts Construction Company at Fairview and Larpenteur, Falcon
Heights, Minnesota.
1. It will be necessary for the Planning Com-
mission to establish the date at which the
Planning Commission shall hear the appli-
cation for re-zoning.
2. Under the provisions of Ordinance No. 6~+, Section
16.6, a mailed notice of the hearing, containing
the description of the land and the proposed change
of zoning shall be sent 10 days prior to the
hearing of the Planning Commission to the pro-
perty owners within 300 feet of the outside
boundaries of the land proposed to be re-zoned.
3. It is also necessary to publish notice of
the hearing in the legal newspaper for the
Village.
Because of the foregoing requirements,
it if you would discuss the proposed date for
this office, so that we might make arrangemen
published notice, and consult in advance with
Construction Company to make sure the date is
parties.
I would appreciate
the hearing with
is for mailed notice,
counsel for Roberts
agreeable to all
