Wherever a half street <br />is ad3acent to a tract to be subdivided, the other half of the street <br />shall be platted within such tract. <br />4.13 Dead-end streets, designed to be so permanently, shall not be <br />longer than x}00 feet and shall be provid@d at the closed end with a <br />turn-around having an outside roadway dia~-eter of at least 80 feet, <br />and a street property line diameter of at least 100 feet. <br />-31- <br />
