MAINTENANCE <br /> The City of Falcon Heights is responsible for maintaining <br /> the equipment during and after its return to the city. <br /> 5. LIABILITY <br /> The City of Lauderdale and its employees will not hold the <br /> City of Falcon Heights liable for any malfunction in the <br /> machine or injuries or property damage or sewer system <br /> complications or repairs that may be viewed as associated <br /> with the sewer jetting project. <br /> 6. SUMMARY Fees will be itemized as follows: <br /> a. Machine rental rate <br /> when it is operating $18.00 /hour (on meter) <br /> b.
