MINUTES <br /> OCTOBER 28, 1992 <br /> PAGE 4 <br /> Baldwin explained that the city received proposals from seventeen <br /> firms and interviewed three, Jerry Filla of Peterson, Fram and <br /> Berman for prosecution and civil services, Charles LeFevere of <br /> Holmes and Graven and Peter Bachman of Leonard, Street and <br /> Deinard for civil services. A discussion ensued regarding <br /> possible conflict of interest with the Holmes and Graven firm as <br /> they also represent Lauderdale a city with which Falcon Heights <br /> provides services on a contract basis. Council concurred they <br /> would prefer to avoid any possible conflict. Following the <br /> discussion Gibson Talbot moved that Peter Bachman of Leonard, <br /> Street and Deinard be offered the position of city attorney for <br /> civil services and that the Administrator be authorized to carry <br /> out the transfer of duties from the present firm to the new <br /> attorney.
