2. Services to be Provided by Falcon Heights City <br /> Accountant. All financial services provided by Falcon Heights <br /> under this Agreement shall be performed by the Falcon Heights <br /> City Accountant. The position of Falcon Heights City Accountant <br /> is currently held by Tom Kelly, a full -time employee of Falcon <br /> Heights. Falcon Heights agrees to provide Lauderdale with at <br /> least two weeks' advance notice of any personnel change in the <br /> position of Falcon Heights City Accountant. Nothing in this <br /> Agreement shall be construed to create an employment relationship <br /> between Lauderdale and the Falcon Heights City Accountant. <br /> 3. Fees.
