Photocopying costs, long 41S be charged at Falcon <br /> distance telephone charges, Heights' normal and customary <br /> postage and miscellaneous charges for such items <br /> supplies, disbursements or <br /> out -of- pocket costs <br /> Upon 30 days' prior written notice to Lauderdale from the <br /> Falcon Heights City Administrator, the above stated fees may be <br /> increased or decreased to reasonably reflect any increase or <br /> decrease in the City Accountant's salary, benefit package or other <br /> costs and disbursements set forth above. <br /> 4. Billing Procedures and Payment. For each month during <br /> which financial services are rendered, Falcon Heights will submit <br /> to the Lauderdale City Administrator an itemized statement listing <br /> the financial services provided and the charges therefor. The <br /> charges shall be in accordance with the fee schedule in Section 3, <br /> as the same may be adjusted from time to time. Lauderdale shall <br /> pay to Falcon Heights all amounts due within 30 days of billing. <br /> 5. Timing of Services. Falcon Heights will endeavor to <br /> provide requested financial services as soon as reasonably <br /> possible; however, Falcon Heights retains the right to delay or <br /> withhold providing any financial service(s) if the timing or nature <br /> of the service would hinder the ability of the Falcon Heights City <br /> Accountant to serve Falcon Heights.
