providing financial services to Lauderdale are anticipated, the <br /> Falcon Heights City Administrator or City Accountant shall notify <br /> the Lauderdale City Administrator of such fact at the earliest <br /> possible time. <br /> 6. Term. This Agreement shall begin on and <br /> shall continue in force and effect until terminated pursuant to <br /> Section 7 below. <br /> '7. Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement <br /> at any time, with or without cause, by giving 30 days' advance <br /> written notice of termination to the other. In the event of <br /> termination, this Agreement shall be null and void, except that <br /> Lauderdale agrees to pay for any financial services rendered prior <br /> to the effective date of such termination. <br /> 8. Insurance. Falcon Heights will obtain professional <br /> liability insurance to cover the City Accountant providing the <br /> services under this Agreement. <br /> 9. Indemnification.
