John Miller spends approximately 50% of his <br /> time on municipal related matters. Mr. Filla has <br /> represented the City of Shoreview as it primary City <br /> Attorney since 1976 and has represented the City of Arden <br /> Hills in civil matters since 1989. In 1990, the City of <br /> Lake Elmo also became a client of our firm. The Memorial <br /> Hospital District in Forest Lake, which is a political <br /> subdivision of the state of Minnesota, has been a client <br /> of Mr. Filla's since 1973. Mr. Miller assumed primary <br /> responsibility for the Hospital District in 1988. Mr. <br /> Filla has also done work for the City of Blaine and for <br /> Elk River Township as a member of other law firms. <br /> c.
