John Michael Miller: <br /> John Miller is a 1977 graduate of the University of <br /> Minnesota Law School. He practices principally in the <br /> areas of municipal law, real estate and civil litigation. <br /> He is primarily responsible for the firm's representation <br /> of District Memorial Hospital in Forest Lake and the <br /> criminal prosecution work for Shoreview and Arden Hills. <br /> He is the author of a book, published by Butterworth <br /> Legal Publishers, on commercial real estate forms. <br /> Michael T. Oberle: <br /> Michael Oberle is a 1981 graduate of William Mitchell <br /> College of Law. He practices primarily in the real <br /> estate field, with an emphasis on representing banks, <br /> mortgage companies, and savings and loans in the mortgage <br /> foreclosure area. He is also a licensed title insurance <br /> underwriter. He has represented real estate brokers and <br /> sales persons, as well as buyers and sellers of <br /> residential real estate. <br /> Gary W. Becker: <br /> Gary Becker is a 1978 graduate of the Ohio State <br /> University Law School. He practices primarily in the <br /> area of collections. In addition to Minnesota, he is <br /> also licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois, Florida <br /> and Washington D.C. <br /> 3.
