RESOLUTION 93 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br /> ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> WHEREAS, a contract has been let (costs have been determined) for the improvement of the <br /> following streets: <br /> Fulham Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Vincent Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Northrop Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Burton Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Coffman Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue <br /> Folwell Avenue from Fulham Street to Hoyt Avenue <br /> Autumn Street from Roselawn Avenue to Prior Avenue <br /> Prior Avenue from Roselawn Avenue to Summer Street <br /> Summer Street from Moore Avenue to Howell Avenue <br /> Hoyt Avenue from Fulham Street to Folwell Avenue <br /> by street reconstruction or overlay, sidewalk construction, and storm drainage <br /> improvements, and the contract (bid) price for such improvement is $879,018.75, <br /> and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement <br /> amount to so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br /> 1. The portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City is hereby declared <br /> to be and the portion of the cost to be assessed against <br /> benefited property owners is declared to be $350,000. <br /> 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the Consulting City Engineer, shall forthwith <br /> calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every <br /> assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash <br /> valuation, as provided by law, and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the <br /> City office for public inspection. <br /> 028- 0806.APR <br />
