6 -2.01 <br /> 2. Non intoxicating Malt Liquor. Licenses shall <br /> permit the sale of non intoxicating malt liquor at <br /> retail or at wholesale in the original package for <br /> consumption off the premises. The number shall be <br /> limited to four (4). Exemption: Any person <br /> licensed to sell intoxicating liquor at off -sale <br /> may sell non intoxicating malt beverages at off- <br /> sale without further license. <br /> C. Bottle Club. Any person owning or operating a club <br /> or business establishment who obtains a bottle club <br /> permit from the Minnesota Commissioner of Public Safety <br /> (pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 340A.414 shall <br /> also obtain a license from the city. The number of <br /> permits shall be limited to one (1). <br /> D. On- Sale /Off -Sale Combination Liquor Licenses. No <br /> license permitting "off- sale" and "on- sale" of alcohol <br /> beverages on the premises shall be granted. <br /> E. Temporary Permits. <br /> 1. One Day Consumption and Display Permits. <br /> city may issue a one -day permit for the sale or <br /> consumption and display of intoxicating liquor <br /> under this section to a non profit organization in <br /> conjunction with a social activity in the city <br /> sponsored by the organization. The non profit <br /> association must first have obtained a permit from <br /> the Minnesota Commissioner of Public Safety before <br /> the city may grant a one -day permit. The permit <br /> is valid only for the day indicated on the permit. <br /> No more than ten (10) permits may be issued under <br /> this section in any one year. Such permit shall <br /> describe and specify the conditions under which <br /> the permit is issued and shall include the <br /> following information: <br /> a. The place to which the permit pertains; <br /> b. The person(s) to whom the permit is <br /> issued; <br /> c. Any other conditions or restrictions that <br /> the city council shall deem necessary to <br /> adequately provide for the public <br /> welfare and safety including conditions <br /> and restrictions relative to insurance <br /> that must be obtained for the event(s) <br /> and to the type of alcoholic beverages <br /> that may be sold or consumed and the <br /> hours during which such beverage may be <br /> sold or consumed. <br /> 3 <br />
