6 -7.01 6 -9.01 <br /> Licenses shall not be revoked until the licensee or <br /> permit holder has been afforded an opportunity for a <br /> 410 hearing under Minn. Stat. Chapter 14 91985). As in <br /> the case of suspensions, notices shall be given 10 <br /> days in advance of the hearing and shall provide the <br /> time and place of hearing as well as state the nature <br /> of the charges against the licensee. <br /> SECTION 8. TRANSFERS <br /> 6 -8.01 Transfer of License <br /> A. A license shall be transferred in accordance with <br /> provisions of Minnesota Statutes Section 340A.412 and <br /> as provided herein. A license shall not be <br /> transferable without the approval of the city council. <br /> B. The city clerk shall furnish to each applicant for <br /> the transfer of a liquor license suitable applications <br /> which will require such background and financial <br /> investigation and disclosure as to permit the city <br /> council to determine if that proposed transfer is in <br /> the public interest. <br /> C. An investigation of the transferee applicant's <br /> background and financial status will be conducted as <br /> stipulated in Sections 6 -2.01, Section C of this code <br /> itself or contract with the Bureau of Criminal <br /> Apprehension to do so. The city council shall have the <br /> authority to charge an investigative fee equal to the <br /> actual cost of the city of such investigation but not <br /> to exceed $500 if the investigation is conducted within <br /> the state or the actual cost not to exceed $10,000 if <br /> the investigation is required outside the state. No <br /> license may be transferred if the results of the <br /> investigation show to the satisfaction of the city <br /> council that transfer would not be in the public <br /> interest. <br /> D. Application for transfer shall be made in writing <br /> to the city clerk and, shall be accompanied by <br /> certified check or money order in the amount of $100.00 <br /> payable to the city which amount is fixed as the <br /> transfer fee. <br /> SECTION 9 SALES <br /> 6 -9.01 Hours and Days of Sale. All hours and days of sale of <br /> alcoholic beverages and hours and days of display and <br /> consumption in bottle clubs shall be governed by <br /> Minnesota Statutes 340A.504. <br /> 9 <br />
