Allowing rain water, ice or snow to fall from <br /> any building or structure upon any street or <br /> sidewalk; or waste water to flow upon or across <br /> streets or other public property; <br /> 11. Unguarded machinery, in any public place, or <br /> so situated or operated on private property as to <br /> attract the public; <br /> 12. Obstructing free flow of water in a natural <br /> waterway or a public street drain, gutter or ditch; <br /> 13. Motor vehicle(s) not in operating condition <br /> parked in public view for more than 48 hours; or <br /> 14. Sweeping of grass clippings or leaves into the <br /> street or alley; <br /> 15. Shoveling or plowing of snow into streets and <br /> alleys; <br /> 16. Service and repair of vehicles in the street <br /> except for the changing of tires; <br /> 17.
