8 -3.03 8 -4.01 <br /> 8 -3.03 Consumption and Display of Intoxicating Liquor and Non <br /> Intoxicating Malt Liquor. <br /> 111 A. Public Consumption or Use. No person shall consume <br /> or use intoxicating liquor or non intoxicating malt <br /> liquor in any parking area connected with or a part of <br /> the land area of the premises to which the general public <br /> has access and a right to resort for business, entertain- <br /> ment, parking, driving or walking including public side- <br /> walks, streets, alleys and parking areas within the city. <br /> This prohibition shall include parking areas connected <br /> with schools or any other institution of training or <br /> education. <br /> B. Carrying Receptable from Licensed Premises. No <br /> person shall carry any open receptacle including a glass, <br /> bottle or other device used for the consumption of <br /> intoxicating liquor or non intoxicating malt liquor from <br /> any licensed premises. <br /> C. Specific Approval. Nothing in this section shall <br /> prohibit the temporary display or consumption of intox- <br /> icating liquor or non intoxicating malt liquor from any <br /> licensed premises. <br /> 8 -3.04 Discharge of Guns. <br /> A. Discharge of Weapons Prohibited. It shall be <br /> unlawful for any person to shoot or discharge any gun, <br /> air gun, pistol, revolver or other firearm or bow and <br /> arrow within the corporate limits of the city. <br /> SECTION 4. REGULATION OF TREES, SHRUBS AND OTHER PLANTS <br /> 8 -4.01 A. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to <br /> promote and protect the public health, safety, and <br /> general welfare by providing for the regulation of <br /> the planting, maintenance, and removal of trees, <br /> shrubs, and other plants within the city of Falcon <br /> Heights. <br /> 8 <br />
