8 -4.05 8 -4.07 <br /> 6. Cost of Abatement: The responsible person <br /> shall be billed for the full cost of the <br /> abatement plus any additional, administrative <br /> costs. Care and Maintenance of Boulevards and Adjacent <br /> Property. <br /> Owners of property abutting the right -of -way of a public <br /> street shall properly maintain the grass on the property <br /> and on the public right -of -way to the curb line or <br /> travelled portion of the street.
