No. <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> O R D I N A N C E <br /> Date 3/24/93 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A RECODIFICATION OF <br /> ORDINANCES TO BE KNOWN AS THE <br /> FALCON HEIGHTS CITY CODE <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Code Adopted. There is hereby adopted that <br /> certain recodification of the ordinances of the city contained in <br /> a printed compilation entitled Falcon Heights City Code" dated <br /> March 24, 1993. A copy of such Code shall be marked "Official <br /> Copy" and filed as part of the official records of the City in the <br /> office of the city clerk. <br /> SECTION 2. Supersedes. The Falcon Heights City Code dated <br /> March 24, 1993 supersedes "Municipal Code of Falcon Heights" dated <br /> December 12, 1984, adopted by Ordinance No. 211 dated December 21, <br /> 1984 and amendments thereto, and said 1984 Code and amendments <br /> thereto are hereby repealed to the extent that they are <br /> inconsistent with Falcon Heights City Code dated March 24, 1993. <br /> SECTION 3. Preservation of Rights. The repeal of any portion <br /> of the 1984 Municipal Code of Falcon Heights or amendment thereto <br /> by the preceding section shall not affect or impair any proceeding, <br /> suit, or prosecution commenced, or arising out of occurrences <br /> before such repeal takes effect. <br /> SECTION 4. Copies. The Clerk shall provide a sufficient <br /> quantity of the Falcon Heights City Code, dated March 24, 1993 for <br /> general distribution to the public and shall give notice in the <br /> official newspaper for at least two successive weeks that copies <br /> are available in the clerk's office for examination or purchase. <br /> SECTION 5. Prima Facie Evidence. The Falcon Heights City <br /> Code dated March 24, 1993 shall be prima facie evidence of the law <br /> of the city. <br />
