G. Personnel records shall be maintained for each <br /> member for the duration of their employment plus <br /> three (3) years. The personnel records must <br /> included dates, contents of the training program or <br /> a summary, trainer's name and qualifications, names <br /> and job titles of all persons attending the <br /> sessions. <br /> H. OSHA has the legal right to review and copy all <br /> records that are required to be maintained according <br /> to CFR 29 part 1910.1030. <br /> XI. EVALUATION AND RE- EVALUATION: <br /> A. The Officers shall ensure that members use <br /> appropriate personal protective equipment as <br /> required in section III. 3.. <br /> B. OSHA regulation mandate that officers shall <br /> investigate and document violations as outlined in <br /> this exposure control plan. Officers shall report <br /> their investigation in writing as well as the <br /> disciplinary action that was taken. <br /> C. The Rescue Captains shall ensure that all required <br /> PPE is readily available. <br /> D. The exposure control plan shall be updated annually <br /> or more often if necessary to accommodate workplace <br /> changes. <br /> 12 <br />
