4 -3.01 to 4 -4.01 <br /> SECTION 3. SEWER SYSTEM AGREEMENT WITH ST. PAUL <br /> 4 -3.01 Adoption of Terms. The City of Falcon Heights has <br /> accepted and agreed to abide by all the provisions, <br /> terms and conditions set forth in both Ordinance No. <br /> 10829 of the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> approved September 14, 1956 and Ordinance No. 11782 <br /> of the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> approved July 6, 1960 which allows the City of Falcon <br /> Heights to connect to St. Paul's sewer system. <br /> 4 -3.02 Ordinances Referenced. City of St. Paul Ordinance No. <br /> 10829 and Ordinance No. 11782 are, by reference <br /> incorporated and made a part of this city code <br /> with the same intent, purpose and effect as if said <br /> Ordinance Nos. 10829 and 11782 were included in this <br /> code. A copy of these ordinances are available at <br /> city hall. <br /> SECTION 4. INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND SERVICE TO GAS BURNING <br /> EQUIPMENT <br /> 4 -4.01 Permits and Regulations <br /> A. General. No person, firm, corporation or agent shall <br /> install, alter, repair or service gas burners <br /> or gas burner equipment within the city without <br /> conforming to the provisions of this section. <br /> B. Permits. A permit shall be required prior to <br /> installation, alteration or repair of any gas burner, <br /> gas burning equipment or air conditioning equipment. <br /> Fees are as established in Chapter 5 -5.01 of this code. <br /> C. Mechanical Inspector. The Mechanical Inspector shall be <br /> appointed by the council. The person appointed to this <br /> position shall be a qualified Mechanical Inspector with <br /> at least two years experience and shall be knowledgeable <br /> of approved methods of gas burner and equipment <br /> installation. The inspector shall receive compensation <br /> as established by city council. The inspector shall not <br /> engage in the business of installation and maintenance <br /> of gas burners or gas burning equipment either directly <br /> or indirectly in this city and he /she shall have no <br /> financial interest in any concern engaged in such a <br /> business in this city. <br /> D. Inspections Required. It shall be the duty of the <br /> Mechanical Inspector to enforce this code. All work <br /> covered by this code shall be inspected and corrections <br /> made if necessary. <br /> 5 <br />
