4 -4.01 4 -4.02 <br /> E. Entry Onto Private Property. The Mechanical Inspector <br /> shall have the right to enter any building in the <br /> discharge of his /her duties or to inspect or test equip- <br /> ment under the provisions of this code. <br /> 4 -4.02 Mechanical Systems. The April 8, 1985 edition of the <br /> Mechanical Systems, Chapter 1345, together with all <br /> future amendments, is adopted and incorporated as fully <br /> as if set out at length and the same shall be enforced <br /> within the City of Falcon Heights. A copy is available <br /> at city hall. <br /> A. Permitted Gas Burners. It shall be unlawful for any <br /> person, firm, corporation or agent to install any new <br /> or used gas burner until such gas burner has been <br /> approved by the city Mechanical Inspector. The <br /> Mechanical Inspector may only approve gas burners <br /> approved by the Bureau of Public Buildings of the <br /> City of St. Paul which are approved by the American <br /> Standards Association and which comply with all require- <br /> ments of this Mechanical Systems, Chapter 1345, adopted <br /> April 8, 1985. <br /> B. Used Gas Burners. No permit shall be <br /> issued authorizing installation of a used gas burner <br /> until the licensed installer submit with the application <br /> for permit: (1) a copy of the purchase order stating <br /> that a used burner is to be installed with the written <br /> acknowledgement by the purchaser that such is the case; <br /> and (2), a statement by the licensed installer that said <br /> burner has been reconditioned and will comply with <br /> requirements for new equipment. <br /> 6 <br />
