B. E -Z must obtain and provide the City with a certificate of <br /> insurance indicating the following minimum levels of insurance <br /> coverage are in effect: <br /> Worker's Compensation: Statutory <br /> Contractor's Public $300,000 injury to one person; <br /> Liability: $500,000 to two or more persons <br /> Property Damage: $100,000 minimum <br /> Automobile Public $300/$500/$100,000 minimum <br /> Liability: <br /> Bond: Equal to three months total hauling <br /> fees <br /> The Certificate of Insurance shall contain a provision that the <br /> coverage will not be canceled without thirty (30) days prior <br /> notice to the City. <br /> C. E -Z shall indemnify and hold harmless the City, its employees and <br /> agents, for all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including, <br /> but not limited to, attorney's fees, which they may suffer of for <br /> which they may be held liable as a result of the action or <br /> inaction of E -Z or its employees. <br /> D. The provisions of this agreement are severable. If any portion <br /> hereof is, for any reason, held by a court of competent <br /> jurisdiction, to be contrary to law, such decision shall not <br /> affect the remaining provisions of the agreement. <br /> E.
