The signal will have a left <br /> turn signal going north from Larpenteur. And, it will not have <br /> an emergency signal pre -empt because the several thousand dollar <br /> cost would need to be repeated with the installation of the <br /> permanent signal when Larpenteur Avenue is reconstructed. <br /> Bill Westerberg, the engineer, said the signal is not unusual and <br /> should do the job. <br /> There will be no cost to the city for this signal because it is <br /> at the intersection of two county roads. <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: Approve temporary traffic signal at the <br /> intersection of Fairview and Larpenteur Avenues. <br /> CeinOtiv <br />
