This request is <br /> similar to what has been already done on Lindig St. a number of times. <br /> As relates to the drainage of the lot it is almost a flat lot with a <br /> slight slope to the east. This lot has been this way for many years <br /> without any problems and we do not anticipate significantly changing the <br /> slope from what it currently is. <br /> The utilities to service the lot are already in place. The water, <br /> sewer and natural gas are already in the street.
