Frattalone <br /> SUBMITTED BY: Terry Maurer, City Engineer <br /> Bill Westerberg, Project Engineer <br /> REVIEWED BY: Susan Hoyt, City Administrator <br /> EXPLANATION /SUMMARY: <br /> The city is proceeding with the final stages of the preliminary <br /> planning and approvals for its 1993 street improvement projects. <br /> The last step in that process is to accept the bid and award the <br /> bid to the lowest bidder, F.M.
