M. Frattalone Excavating and Grading, Inc. We have worked with F. M. Frattalone on previous <br /> projects, such as Hamaine Avenue and a street reconstruction project in Arden Hills last year, and <br /> found their work to be very satisfactory. Consideration of the attached resolution by the City Council <br /> would be the next step to proceed with the project. <br /> As per our letter dated April 14, 1993, we recommended award to F. M. Frattalone Excavating and <br /> Grading, Inc., lased on the war improvements and testing items being removed front the contract. <br /> Most of the watermaln construction has been deleted due to the high costs. The remaining watermain <br /> items to be done as part of this contract include Iowering existing water services, insulation, and <br /> replacing six Lead services on Fulham Street. <br /> The second item deleted was testing. The testing on the project was included in the bid, but is actually <br /> part of the project overhead and can be deleted from the contract and coordinated through our <br /> At tlic May 12, 1993, Council meeting, the assessment roll was adopted with five changes. The total. <br /> cost assessed against the berixtting properties is $305,657.05.
