477 <br /> No. 0 -93 -06 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> O R D I N A N C E <br /> Date 6/23/93 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5, SECTION 5, <br /> SUBDIVISION 3 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO <br /> ESTABLISHING A DEVELOPMENT MORATORIUM ON THE <br /> CITY'S COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Chapter 5, Section 5, Subd. 3(c) of the City Code is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Subdivision 3(c). Development Restrictions <br /> c. Certificates of occupancy and business licenses may be <br /> granted to any new use that is specifically listed as a <br /> permitted use in the applicable zoning district. For <br /> purposes of illustration only and without intending to be <br /> an exhaustive list, the following uses are not <br /> specifically listed as permitted uses in any <br /> commercial zoning district and are subject to the <br /> moratorium: <br /> 1) Adult use establishments as defined in attached <br /> definition with indicated changes. <br /> 2) Personal service establishments including steam baths, <br /> saunas, massage including therapeutic massage, turkish <br /> baths or similar services <br /> 3) Pawn shops <br /> 4) Stores selling used or secondhand goods <br /> 5) Precious metal dealers <br /> 6) Stores selling any firearms or ammunition <br /> 7) Check cashing facilities <br /> 8) Pool halls and video and game arcades <br /> Section 2.
