These easements have been prepared and meet the <br /> requirements of the University of Minnesota. The City of Falcon Heights will execute and <br /> deliver these easements to you on July 23, 1993. <br /> We are requesting that, upon deliver of the easements, the City of Falcon Heights' contractor be <br /> allowed to start construction within the easement areas.
