No. 0 -93 -07 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> O R D I N A N C E <br /> Date 7/28/93 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 -5.02 OF THE <br /> CITY CODE RELATING TO THE INTERIM DEVELOPMENT <br /> MORATORIUM RESTRICTIONS <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS DOES HEREBY <br /> ORDAIN: <br /> Section 5- 5.02(A) is amended to read: <br /> 5 -5.02 DEVELOPMENT RESTRICTIONS <br /> A. Restrictions. No request for re- zoning, <br /> conditional use permit, variance, subdivision, <br /> building permit, business license, certificate of <br /> occupancy, or any other land use approval, <br /> affecting property located within the B -1, B -2 and <br /> B -3 zoning districts shall be accepted for <br /> processing or considered by the city council for <br /> any new use that is not specifically listed as a <br /> permitted or conditional use in the applicable <br /> zoning district. For purposes of illustration only <br /> and without intending to be an exhaustive list, the <br /> following uses are not specifically listed as <br /> permitted uses in any commercial zoning district <br /> and are subject to the moratorium: <br /> 1. Adult use establishments as defined <br /> in the staff memorandum dated June 23, <br /> 1993 on file with the city clerk. <br /> 2. Personal service establishments <br /> including steam baths, saunas, massage <br /> including therapeutic massage, turkish <br /> baths or similar services <br /> 3. Pawn shops <br /> 4. Stores selling used or secondhand <br /> goods <br /> 5. Precious metal dealers <br />
