C. Authority to Deny. The council may deny the <br /> waiver if it does not meet the criteria in this <br /> section or if it determines that its approval will <br /> negatively impact the planning study or the future <br /> land use and development in the city. <br /> 5 -5.04 TERM <br /> This interim moratorium became effective on <br /> March 30, 1993 and will expire 365 days after the <br /> effective date or upon completion of the planning <br /> study and adoption of related ordinances, whichever <br /> is first. <br />
