It has been determined that <br /> the 1993 street project will not require destruction and <br /> replacement of this 14 feet of curb. <br /> Curb and gutter for the 1993 street project has been assessed at <br /> $6.40 per foot which would amount to $89.60 for the 14 feet. The <br /> assessment against your property is officially in effect and <br /> cannot be amended.
