The staff of Conworth, Inc. are specialists in the area of redevelopment and right of way residential and business relocation. We work in the activities governed by the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Properties Acquisition Act and implementing regulations. Our firm is able to insure continuity of service because of the number of talented people on our staff, with over 55 combined years experience in the relocation /real estate profession. We pride ourselves on the ability to listen and communicate, thus enabling both the agency and the relocatees to go through a potentially difficult time with better understanding and minimal stress. For your information, Conworth, Inc. is a minority (woman- owned) enterprise. I have included simplified resumes for our staff, and a list of some of our clients whom you may wish to contact as references. For the necessary counseling and advisory services for the displacements, I am sending a copy of our standard contract for services for your review and approval. Our hourly charge of $65.00 includes all secretarial services, overhead, and mileage that might be needed to complete the activities. We bill by the quarter hour, and send invoices on a monthly basis. We estimate a maximum charge of $2,470.00 to provide the actual relocation advisory and counseling services for your project. However, we will bill you only for those hours actually expended on project activities, and if less time than is estimated herein is needed, we will charge the lesser amount.
